Today we woke up devastated, disappointed, and pissed off by the outcome of the 24% tax increase. Please save this post and remember these names on the last slide when it comes time to vote next year. They do not care about us whatsoever.

The silver lining is that this community came together over the past few days like I’ve never seen before. We sat any differences aside to unite and try protecting our livelihoods and everything we’ve worked so hard to build. Let’s not let our community fade through the difficult times ahead. We need each other more now than ever.

Thank you to everyone who made their presence known at the Capitol. We saw you. They saw you. And it doesn’t end here.

Bill 4951 does not get signed until Monday. Please click the link in our bio to contact Gov Whitmer @whitmermi and let her know how this will impact you.

On September 30, the Wojo team joined hundreds of cannabis workers, advocates, and small business owners on the steps of the Michigan Capitol in Lansing to rally against House Bill 4951, a proposal that would add a 24% tax on the wholesale price of cannabis.

This bill isn’t just about dollars and cents, it’s about people’s livelihoods. If passed, it would raise prices for consumers, potentially push customers back into the illicit market, and undermine the legal system Michigan has worked hard to build. In an already saturated industry, this additional tax would devastate small businesses, cut into razor-thin margins, and put thousands of jobs at risk. Jobs that support real families, real paychecks, and real communities.

We showed up to make our voices heard, and we’re not done yet. 💪🐝

Now we need you! Contact your state senator and urge them to VOTE NO on HB 4951. Stand with cannabis workers, protect Michigan jobs, and keep our industry strong.

Driven by purpose, powered by teamwork! 💪🏼🐝
Team Wojo got down and dirty to make Wojo World come to life. One of my favorite things about this team has gotta be how we’re not above any task, nor is anything out of reach. If there’s a will, there’s a way. We’ve always done everything ourselves since day one, and preparing for this event was no different. From groundskeeping to some light demolition, it was a nice change of scenery and felt great to get outside!

I’m not sure how many of you have heard of Deer Acres, or if you went there as a kid. A lot of us did, and it was a nostalgic dream come true to host our event out there after it had been vacant for so many years. That place has a ton of potential and this was just the beginning!

Wojo World was built for one reason: to celebrate budtenders. And that means showing love, connecting as a community, and sharing what makes Wojo different. Last event was just the beginning, this Friday is going to be unforgettable!

Who’s coming to WOJO WORLD?! 👀🐝🔥

WOJO WORLD (New Buffalo)
Words can’t express our gratitude towards every single one of you who showed up. This was the first event we’ve ever hosted, and it still feels surreal. From infused mocktails to homemade BBQ sauce to Wojo doing what he does best on the Traeger, we put a lot of time and intention into making sure every detail was perfect. The whole night felt electric and the appreciation was felt on both ends without a doubt. We can’t thank you guys enough and look forward to next time! ❤️🐝

The most versatile product on the market is officially here… Introducing Wojo Solventless Oil (WSO). WSO is our innovative twist on Rick Simpson Oil (RSO). The difference? Ours is solventless, is produced by our passionate team from plants we grow in-house, and has no limitations on usage like traditional RSO. Smoke it. Ingest it. Apply it topically. The options are endless with WSO.
We’ll be rolling out more WSO info all week, so stay tuned. In the meantime, ask us your questions below or in stories!

No chemicals. No ice. Just pure intent.
Ice machines are notorious for harboring bacteria — that’s why we’ve left them behind! Our extraction process uses a cutting-edge water chilling system paired with reverse osmosis filtration, providing the cleanest, coldest water possible. Each and every process that requires water at Wojo Co uses this pristine water. 💧🐝
This is why when you purchase one of our Wojo products, you can be sure you are receiving the highest quality cannabis goods available on the market today, period.
