How to Use the Preheat Function
The preheat function on the bottom of each vape pen ensures a smooth, effortless puff with no clogging. To use, switch the pen from OFF to ON and wait 5 seconds. The light ring will glow, which indicates the pen is heating the rosin to an optimal temperature. You’ll then have 15 minutes to enjoy your vaping, after which time the pen will utilize its auto-off feature to conserve battery life. Next time you want to hit your pen (after 15 minutes of inactivity), you’ll switch it off and then back on again and repeat the process.
Proper Storage
For the best experience and to keep your Wo-Go vape pen in good working condition, we recommend you store your pen in an upright position. Failure to do so could cause leakage or affect the functionality of the pen. In addition, cold weather could weaken the vape pen’s battery. If this happens, or should you need to recharge your vape pen, there is a USBC port on the bottom of the pen.
